Dorron Blumberg is originally from South Africa, Johannesburg. He has grown up as an athlete his entire life living in South Africa, Texas and South Florida.
As a young man he swam and ranked nationally as a youth athlete. After competing as a swimmer, he went on to play football in high school, making the All-County team, the Broward All-Star team, and receiving a Scholorship for strong character on and off the field. After high-school he went on to play football for Florida Atlantic University (FAU) on the first inaugural team.
His sporting career and life led him to pursue his bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and his Master's Degree in Sport & Performance Psychology from The University of the Rockies. He is the 2008 Ultimate Athlete Champion.
Along with his degrees, he also received certifications in the fitness industry with the Fitness Institute International as a Certified Personal Training Specialist (CPTS), the National Strength and Conditioning Association as Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
In addition, he is also certified as a Life Success Consultant, Performance Edge Coach, and Level 1 Training For Warriors Coach. Along with these certifications he has gained over 15 years’ experience in the industry.
Dorron is a published author of the Performance Playbook and Feed Your Potential. He has worked with thousands of fitness coaches, student-athletes and professional athletes.
He has worked with ultimate athlete champions, international foot volley champions, ice skater national champions, football players, basketball players, tennis players, baseball players, runners, and triathletes.
As of today, he continues to write and design programs on his free time, workout, live a healthy lifestyle, and spend time with quality friends and family.
